The Forge is not therapy or professional counseling—it is a place where men show up, get honest, and grow together through accountability, real conversation, and shared commitment. Each week, men gather to strengthen their walk with God, challenge one another, and build lives marked by purpose, discipline, and leadership. No masks, no excuses—just a brotherhood committed to becoming the men they were created to be.

This group offers:

Who is The Forge for?

What does the group meeting look like?

  • Open
    • Welcome
    • Ground Rules (confidentiality, respect, no fixing – Just Truth)
  • Check-In
    • Each Man answers:
      • How are you really doing?
      • Where are you struggling or being tempted?
      • What are you doing about it?
  • Topical Moment
    • Take a some time for men to examine areas in their lives against the word of God:
      • Leadership at home
      • Identity in Christ
      • Temptations
      • Etc…
  • Group Discussion
  • Close
    • Prayer 
    • Challenge for the week

What the group meeting doesn’t look like!

  • Sharing things discussed outside the group
  • Judgement for those who share
  • Excuses for our actions
  • Inconsistently showing up
  • Lying, covering up, or masking
  • Tearing each other down
