The Forge, a ministry of Steel and Stone Ministries, is built on trust, accountability, and intentional growth. This page outlines the expectations for all participants to ensure a safe, respectful, and purposeful environment.

Confidentiality

What is shared in The Forge is expected to remain confidential. This creates a space where men can speak honestly and grow without fear of exposure.

  • No recording of meetings or conversations
  • No screenshots or sharing messages outside the group
  • No discussing another participant’s story without permission
  • Respect the privacy of every member

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from The Forge.

Code of Conduct

The Forge exists to sharpen men through truth, accountability, and brotherhood. Every participant is expected to uphold the following standards:

  • Be honest — No masks, no pretending
  • No judgment, no excuses — We challenge, not shame
  • Show up consistently — Growth requires commitment
  • Respect others — Speak truth with humility
  • Take responsibility — Own your actions and growth

Brotherhood Expectations

This is not a passive environment. The Forge is a place for men who are willing to engage, grow, and support one another.

  • Participate actively in discussions
  • Encourage and support fellow members
  • Be willing to both give and receive accountability
  • Commit to personal and spiritual growth

Not Therapy or Professional Services

The Forge is not therapy, counseling, or medical care.

Steel and Stone Ministries does not provide licensed professional services.

If you need professional or clinical support, we encourage you to seek qualified help.

Enforcement

Steel and Stone Ministries reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards or disrupts the integrity of the group.
